We kept the tradition going! With the help of Monique from Naked Cow Dairy, we are handmaking rich and creamy butter from cream sourced from Hawaiʻi. This butter is made from sweet cream, with an added crunch of Alaea sea salt.
Made with 100% fresh cream from pasture-raised dairy cattle at Cloverleaf Dairy in Hawi on the Big Island.
Ingredients: Fresh Hawaiian sweet cream and ʻAlaea sea salt
