After a 10-day brown sugar brine, these ham hocks are kiawe wood-smoked. Perfect for your pot of beans or pressure cooker.

Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu, where their pigs are raised using the Korean Natural Farming method, a technique that uses microorganisms to support a healthy farming ecosystem. Their pigs are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are never treated with antibiotics or steroids.
