Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farms in Waiʻanae, Oʻahu, where their pigs are raised using the Korean Natural Farming method, a technique that uses microorganisms to support a healthy farming ecosystem. Their pigs are fed a 100% vegetarian diet and are never treated with antibiotics or steroids.
