Yellow Maui onion is renowned for its remarkable sweetness. Its unique growing conditions in rich volcanic soils contribute to its exceptional flavor profile. The onion’s natural sugars are developed to perfection, creating a sweet and mild taste that sets it apart from other onion varieties.
As a way to support our farmers, we accept crops that are irregular in size. Their produce is still locally grown, delicious, and of high-quality. Sometimes we will have small, medium, and large onions available, so we have graded them out here at Farm Link Hawaiʻi. You will only be charged for the size you receive.
